Albie Sachs is a renowned human rights and anti-apartheid activist, writer, and lawyer. After periods of detention and exile, and surviving a bomb attack by South African security agents, President Nelson Mandela appointed him to serve on South Africa’s Constitutional Court. Set against the events leading to the overthrow of the apartheid regime on South Africa, Soft Vengeance tells his story.
